The mission of SSM's construction observation staff is clear: minimize field changes, identify and resolve problems before they become serious, and ensure that each client's project is completed on time and built according to the approved plans and specified standards. Toward this goal, we tailor the team of experienced engineers, construction representatives, and support personnel to the unique needs of each civil and environmental project. They sweat the details from pre-construction through bidding, to monitoring cash flow, to completion.
