Spotts, Stevens and McCoy, Inc., a multi-disciplined engineering and consulting firm based in Reading PA is pleased to announce that Christina Crawford has received her Professional Engineering License.

Ms. Crawford is a Municipal Representative in the Water and Wastewater Department. She has over 10 years experience in environmental engineering. Her responsibilities include client management, client retention, water, and wastewater design, design specifications, cost opinions, municipal rate evaluations and review of developer plans. Crawford holds a BS in Environmental Engineering from Old Dominion University and a MBA from Villanova University.
