Spotts, Stevens and McCoy, Inc., a multi-disciplined engineering and consulting firm based in Reading PA announced James O'Reilly, PE has joined the firm as part of the Business Development team. In this capacity O'Reilly will be responsible for business development in Eastern Pennsylvania as well as other areas of the northeast, specifically targeted to mechanical and electrical engineering, energy consulting, energy auditing, and solar power solutions.

Prior to joining SSM, O'Reilly was Director of Business Development for Paragon Engineering Services. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has a degree in HVAC Technology from The State University of New York. He was President of Air Engineers, Inc., Whitehall, PA until 1987 and has been active in many charitable and industrial development activities in the Lehigh Valley.
