Jamie Lorah, PE is a Specialist in the Water and Wastewater Department. Lorah holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and provides engineering services including design, calculations, data analysis, and specifications review.

Daniel Coghlan, PE is a Specialist in the Civil Engineering Department. Coghlan holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware. His principal concentration is on the continuously evolving science of stormwater management

Jonathan Belinski, PE is a Construction and Structural Specialist in the Architectural Engineering Department. He holds a BS in Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. His experience includes structural steel, concrete, masonry and timber design for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
