O'Hare will be responsible for source water protection studies, watershed management and business development. She brings more than sixteen years of environmental management experience to the firm; most recently as the Assistant Manager of the Berks County Conservation District where her responsibilities included the role of Berks County Coordinator for the Coastal Resource Management program, environmental education programs and development and administration of grants. Additional experience includes watershed improvement projects as chair of the Schuylkill Action Network Agriculture Work Group.
