Patrick McCoy, PE Certified as LEED Accredited Professional

Spotts, Stevens and McCoy, Inc., a multi-disciplined engineering and consulting firm based in Reading PA, is pleased to announce that Patrick M. McCoy, PE has been certified as a LEED Accredited Professional by the United States Green Building Council.


Mr. McCoy is the Principal for Energy and Environmental Design with the firm and is responsible for utilizing corporate resources to ensure that practices and deliverables are consistent with the firm's core values. In addition, McCoy closely manages client relationships, oversees the quality of deliverables and activities of the Facilities Services Group, including management of the Architectural Engineering department and the Indoor Environmental Quality department. McCoy is a graduate of Drexel University with a BS in Civil Engineering and BS in Architectural Engineering. He is a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.

LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED APs) are building industry professionals who have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building and the LEED® Green Building Rating System™. The LEED AP credential indicates that the professional has the knowledge and skills to facilitate the LEED certification process. The Green Building Council is leading a national consensus for producing a new generation of buildings that deliver high performance inside and out.
