At a Rotary International Conference held at Willow Valley Resort in Lancaster, Terry Reed, Vice President was awarded the Rotary Presidential Citation from Rotary District Governor Bill Weber. Reed is president of the Rotary Club of West Reading – Wyomissing. The award is given annually by the sitting RI President to club presidents whose clubs meet specific community project, international project, educational, and membership goals. This year's RI President is D. K. Lee from South Korea.
