Spotts, Stevens and McCoy, Inc. welcomed back to the firm Ralph Nevel, PE, RCDD as Senior Technical Director Electrical Engineering in the Architectural Engineering Department.

As the newest member of the firm's Boomerang Club, Nevel will direct the technical aspects of the firm's electrical engineering design practices. Mr. Nevel has almost 40 years of electrical engineering experience in the consulting engineering field. He returns to SSM from RPA Associates. He holds a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering from Villanova University, is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, New York, and US Virgin Islands, and is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer. Nevel is a resident of Wyomissing Borough.

SSM's Boomerang Club was instituted in 2007. The club is based on the most recognizable type of boomerang, the Returning Boomerang; a special kind, that when thrown correctly, travels in a curved path and returns to its point of origin. The club was created as a means of celebrating those employees that had traveled their career path and returned to their point of origin. Currently the firm has 19 employees participating in the Boomerang Club.
